Eurest Dining Catering is designed to create a lasting impression for Mutual of Omaha client visits, employee celebrations and meetings. Our staff uses the freshest ingredients; each and every event is created with pride starting with our menu planning through the service of our event.
All orders must be placed 48 business hrs. in advance otherwise a rush fee will be placed on the order. Rush orders do not have preference for time; they will be delivered when time allows.
All catering orders must have a table provided in the room or right outside the room specifically for Eurest catering use. It is the customers’ responsibility to make accommodations with Facilities.To do so, please fill out a service request, at least three days in advance, via iOffice under events/event needs. Enough table space must be provided to accommodate the whole catering order.
There will not be any delivery carts left with catering orders.
All equipment must be left at the location it was delivered to. Any missing equipment will be charged for. If moved, we will need to be notified right away
Last round of pick-ups are at 3:30pm each day.
If you do NOT want items picked up before or at this time, please make accommodations to throw all food out at the end of your meeting so that food does not sit out overnight. All equipment will be picked up the following morning when time allows. If not cleaned up a charge will be added.
If you DO want items to be picked up before or at this time please indicate this when placing your catering order and make sure all equipment is ready to be picked up at the time indicated on the sheet (i.e. Make plans for any leftover items you will want to keep by removing items from equipment before pick-up time)

Any Urgent needs outside of or during these hours please call 402-515-8452. The kitchen and catering are fully closed at 3pm. Delivery of your order to another location or Cancellation fees may apply.
